Basic Diagnostic (Start Here)

Just like a visit to the doctor, the first step is to diagnose what's wrong with your recordable storybook. When you purchase a basic diagnostic, we carefully analyze all electronic components to determine what repairs may be needed.

Instructions

1. Carefully prepare and package your book for shipping
2. Use USPS Media Mail and add desired insurance
3. Send to the address provided at checkout

What to Expect

Within 5 business days of receiving your book, we will send a diagnostic report to the email address you provided at checkout. Once you review the report, simply decide whether to proceed with the recommended repairs, or have the book returned to you.

Return Shipping

We carefully prepare, package, and return your book to you using USPS Media Mail to the address you provided at checkout. We also add insurance ($50 USD), however we are not responsible for any damages or losses.
